CBI REGISTERS A CASE RELATING TO ALLEGED MURDER OF A MEDICO STUDENT AT MURADABAD (U.P)

            The Central Bureau of Investigation has registered a case U/s 302 of IPC relating to alleged murder of Ms. Neeraj Bhadana Medico Student of a University in Moradabad on the request of Uttar Pradesh Govt. and further notification from Govt. of India.

 

            The case was earlier registered by State Police vide crime No. 206/2013 of PS Pak Bada, Distt. Moradabad(U.P) U/s 302 of IPC . It was alleged that Ms. Neeraj Bhadana, a medico student of MBBS (first year) of a University in Moradabad was found dead on 6.7.2013 on the ground opposite her hostel veranda. The parents of the deceased were informed at 8.30 PM on 6.7.2013 about her sickness and at 12.30 midnight about her death when they were on way to Moradabad.The case was lodged on the basis of a complaint from the father of the deceased alleging that the dead body of Neeraj Bhadana had nail scratch marks on the face, neck, hand & upper body and marks of beating on the legs & waist.

 

            CBI has taken over the investigation of the case.

 

            Further investigation is in progress.
