CBI BUSTS AN ORGANISED RACKET ALLEGEDLY TAMPERING WITH THE SELECTION PROCEDURE OF TIER-II COMBINED GRADUATE LEVEL EXAMINATION CONDUCTED BY STAFF SELECTION COMMISSION

            The Central Bureau of Investigation has today busted an organized racket being run by a group of private persons based at North Delhi and nearby area who were allegedly tampering with the due selection procedure of TIER-II of Combined Graduate Level Examination conducted by Staff Selection Commission on 29/09/2013 (Sunday).

 

            It was alleged that the members of the said group adopted a unique modus operandi and got question paper leaked in criminal conspiracy with unknown govt officials. Thereafter, the accused got the same solved with the assistance of experts. Further, today when the examination was being held, they communicated the answer keys to the aspiring candidates in the examination hall through their mobile phones and other such devices in exchange of money. The aspiring candidates while working in close nexus with said group had carried the mobile sets and other such devices in the examination hall while concealing the same in their clothing.

 

            Seven members of the group and five candidates have been detained with mobile phones & laptops while the examination was being held.

 

            Further Investigation to unearth the entire racket involved in the crime is continuing.
